A Journey Of The Seasons

ABOUT

One Saturday a month we come together for the opportunity to experience ourselves and connect with our community on a deeper level through a shamanic lens.

The Experience

As we come together in this sacred space we start the evening with a small fire ceremony. Once we have settled in and released what no longer serves us, we move into serving our ancient ceremonial Cacao. We then deepen the experience with breath work and go into a guided shamanic journey meditation being led with drumming and a crystal sound bath.

Community

We have cultivated this as a safe and welcoming space for all. As a supportive and sacred community this serves as a space where we can share, learn and grown within ourselves and as a community.

* Some months are for rest and we gather for only a sound bath and breath work.
