I am a southern, Virginia native who has found a passion for helping others through an unexpected journey..

I started in the insurance industry working from home, and realized that I was connecting with my clients on a level that was deeper than just a couple minute phone call assisting them with their policy. There was an unexplainable spark of familiarity and comfort when I would get on the phone with these strangers.

I knew this connection was special, and this was a gift.

Soon after this realization I felt a calling to pursue a certification in Reiki healing, and moved forward in getting my Master/Teacher Certification. In the midst of my studies, I knew I wanted to do more for people physically, in addition to energy healing. How could I help facilitate healing within the mind, body, and spirit as a whole?

A year later I graduated from Cayce/ Reilly School Of Massage in Virginia Beach, with a completely altered perception of my own health and the world of holistic healing as a whole.

As of today, I continue to elevate my skillset and gain knowledge encompassing all realms of healing the body that my path brings me upon. Allowing me to be able to provide to my best ability what you may need on your journey to healing yourself.
